Bi-lingual Customer Support Executive

The purpose of the Customer Support Executive role, is to assist the department within an administrative function. This includes working in a multi-skilled position across different areas of the department. This role involves working on a shift basis that will include some weekend work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer queries via telephone, e-mail and chat, ensuring that the service delivered is efficient, prompt and professional;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines
  • Liaise with colleagues to troubleshoot and resolve administrative and customer problems

Essential skills and qualifications:

  • Great communicator with a good command for the English and Russian languages and ability to liaise with people on all levels
  • Excellent literacy and a proficient computer skills
  • Quick-learner, service-oriented and driven person

Desired skills and experience:

  • Ability to work in fast-changing environment
  • Strong customer service background
  • Experience working within a similar role
